After 20 months in George Dickel barrels, we are happy to introduce Barrel Aged Macademics, a collaboration with @greatnotion. Following its time in the barrel, we added a colossal amount of macadamia nuts, coconut, cacao, and Madagascar vanilla beans.Barrel Aged Macademics pours pitch black with a quickly dissipating head. We get a coconut cake and crushed macadamia nose with cascading flavors of chocolate covered macadamias, Nesquik, coconut macaroons, and white chocolate macadamia cookies dunked in hot chocolate with a boozy, decadent, and satisfying vanilla custard finish, making the math surely check out on our latest creation.
