Eas Geal

We make Eas Geal with a pilsner malt but an ale yeast so its a light, modern beer which is pale in appearance and citrus in flavour. Chinook hops are used throughout so there are delightful pineapple grapefruit, and pine forest notes. We’d drink it cold, preferably at the foot of our own waterfall, Maclean’s Towel, on Sgurr na h-Eanchainne behind the brewery. Other locations also work well.
