Mother Pig (Fresh Hop)

Mother Pig is inspired by the Hop Picker at Brulotte Farms in Toppenish, WA. The Picker is a specialized machine that the growers refer to as 'mother pig' since it herds up all the little pigs (hop bines). This fruit-forward fresh hop highlights Brulotte Farms' new BRI-1 hop which gives the IPA a tropical underbelly with notes of pineapple, guava, passionfruit, mango, and pine.
