Outrageous Excelsior - Lager

Exactly the same as Outrageous except for the base malt. We tried a test batch of the new & long awaited NYS Excelsior Malt bred by Cornell University, grown by Migliorelli Farm, & malted by Hudson Valley Malt. This batch of base malt was kilned slightly longer leaving it with Vienna like malt character. This brew is dry, yet chewy & complex.
