This mixed culture table beer was brewed using water infused with a large quantity of locally grown lilac, as well as NYS pilsner and wheat malt. It was fermented in stainless steel with our House Bloomfield Culture, before being further conditioned upon more freshly picked flowers. This offering is light and delicate with bright acidity and presents subtle floral aromatics
