Barrel-aged StoutThis imperial stout spent the first year in maple syrup barrels. Then we transferred to wet Buffalo Trace barrels for another year, and finally transferred it to a Elijah Craig 12 year barrel for the last seven months. This beer is quite special! Super balanced, big maple syrup notes, and well-integrated wood.
