White Pale Ale

A hybrid style between a juicy pale ale and a Belgian witbier. On the aroma is big notes of tropical fruit juice and grapefruit zest, with a background of spice notes due to the Wit yeast and light spicing with coriander and chamomile. The taste begins full and reminiscent of over-ripe fruit, which is then cleansed from the palate by the beers dryness. Highly fruity and refreshing but with depths of character usually absent in either of the parent beer styles.
