Barrel Aged Scorpion Zoom Bowl

Описание

This Sour IPA was brewed in collaboration with Equilibrium, The Eighth State, and Vitamin Sea Brewing. A recipe sparked from a zoom call features a classic tiki cocktail. Lemon Drop and Amarillo hops were paired with plum, orange, lemon, and toasted almonds. The beer was then aged in Jamaican Rum Barrels for 9 months. The result is a pulpy, tart, and citrus forward beer that just needs your favorite garnish.
