Scrubs was crafted for some of our favorite neighbors: the Dallas medical professionals. We've been serving the Medical District as its only brewery since 2018 and we love chatting with, learning from, and pouring beers for the doctors, nurses, and technicians that surround us. Many of our regulars occupy the hospitals that line the streets around our neighborhood.Scrubs has pilsner, flaked wheat, torrified, and raw wheat. It's super soft, beautifully dry, and ultra flavorful. It has an aroma packed with honeydew melon and fresh squeezed OJ. There is a ton of pineapple, vanilla, creamsicle on the flavor. The mouthfeel is light and airy, but the taste lingers on the tongue in a bold way. We wanted to make something approachable and citrus forward, something that tastes bright and healthy, something that will take the edge off after a long day at the hospital.
