Our first piquette, Pinot Gris Ambre was pressed from a combination of fresh pinot gris and pomace from our pinot gris skin contact wine. Ambre pours a brilliant garnet red with orange highlights. Notes of ripe cranberry, wild strawberry and barnyard accompany zippy acidity and a dry finish, giving this sparkler refreshing balance and complexity.
