New larger scale batch prepared for Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza 2021-2022, with 430 gr of organic quinces per liter of lambic, in a blend of 50% of 1 year old Meerts and 50% of 1 and 2 years old lambics. First time served on October 23, 2021.A few bottles were filled. These were sold for the first time at the taproom in September 2025.
