There’s something special in the soil down under. Australian hops are generally regarded as some of the best and most sought after in the world, and for good reason. We’ve loaded this DIPA with 20kg of Galaxy and 10kg of Vic Secret for an all out attack of passionfruit, pineapple, and peach notes before upping the ante on the juice game with a healthy 10kg addition of everyone’s favourite new US hype hop, Sabro. Another layer of pina colada notes dance along the palate before rounding off with subtle spice and pine notes from our Australian super-pairing. Rolling in at an almost sessionable 7.8%, this a DIPA for the more discerning drinker. Not!
