Black Currant, Black Raspberry, Boysenberry, Blueberry, Red Raspberry, Purple Raspberry honey wine with natural flavorsFor this special mead, we blended 4 of our biggest and boldest melomels that we have released so far.25% Avery Mae20% Continental Terzetto25% Cassis Vanil30% Rubus TerzettoThis mead showcases a copious amount of dark, tannic fruit bursting with flavor. Moderate acidity with smooth creamy vanilla to round out the balance of this mead. The maple and cinnamon from Continental Terzetto is minimized due to it only comprising 20% of the blend.This mead is a culmination of our melomel making techniques and blending capabilities.
