A brew to celebrate the iconic Norfolk Pines that grow around Fremantle.This beer was perfected in the brewers sandpit innovation kit and uses the perfect selection of hops to create piney, pineapple characteristics. Simcoe for a resinous/piney aroma and a big whack of Denali hops for a strong pineapple characteristic. Finally the addition of Pineapple puree late in the boil adds the perfect pineapple juiciness. Perfect with some Hawaiian pizza?! Aloha!
