Full bodied Black IPA, with a heavy dose of roasted malt. Several types of malt with different levels of roasting give this beer complexity and depth. A generous amount of hops with lots of alpha acids add to the bitterness, creating a breathtaking struggle between the different flavors of roasting and bitter hops. For an extra kick, we added some hops into the fermenter.
