Inspired by an afternoon in sunny Madrid, White Sangria Hut began as an open fermented saison that was aged in oak for 17 months. It was racked onto Michigan peaches and Pinot Gris grape must from the Willamette Valley and allowed to slowly ferment for two more months before a final introduction to Cara Cara orange peels.Rich white grape, kiwi and coconut on the nose with a full bodied peach character, hints of wet gravel, and a bright, citrus finish.
