A refreshing sour ale with tropical fruit and citrus peel notes. Pink hues and subtle spice notes. Dry, light salty finish.Process: Built with pale, wheat and rye malts. Naturally acidified kettle sour. Local sea water added in boil. Brewed with fresh papaya and locally sources grapefruits. Fermented on rye yeast.
