Few things more Bri'ish than a pint of ESB,innit? An' we're just chuffed to bits aboutthis authentic rendition. We added buggerall for adjuncts and stuck to Maris Otter,some crystal malts, lit'le bit of roastedbarley with a couple varieties oftraditional Goldings hops. You may thinkthis style is a bit stodgy, but it's full ofbiscuit flavor, caramel, toasted nuts, andan earthy & citrusy hop bitterness.
