A slightly more malt forward structured Belgian Saison. Showcasing dominant saison yeast esters and phenols driven from fermentation with a light dry hop of Czech Saaz and NZ Wai-iti lending a bright peppery, earthy and floral notes with a hint of sweet prune and raisin from the special B malt.
