Baltic Conditions

It's not very often that we get to brew a Baltic Porter here at Brus, but it's a style we love very much.This particular batch uses a malt bill very similar to our more recent porters, so a fairly complex combination of roasted, chocolate and caramel malts. And for an extra layer of complexity and a touch of molasses, we used Muscovado sugar in the whirlpool, to retain it's flavor more.Fermented cold with one of our favorite lager yeasts and left to condition for a few weeks.
