Introducing the Brewer Series – a brewer-led project where our team reimagines classic styles with no shortcuts, full transparency, and maximum passion.First up is WHITE – a Belgian-inspired White Ale (5.3%) brewed on pilsner malt, rolled & malted wheat, orange peel, coriander seed, and chamomile. We dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, giving notes of gooseberry, grapefruit, elderflower, lemongrass, and subtle Sauvignon Blanc-like characters, all balanced on Bluestone’s Liege Ale yeast for a smooth, crisp finish.Every can in the series proudly lists the exact hops, malts & yeast used – so what you see is what you drink. And the design? Sleek silver bullets with stripped-back labels – a nod to our OG Modus days, when it was all about the beer.
