For our fourth smoothie sour we've kept things a little festive!We brewed up a thick oat heavy base, complemented with plenty of lactose for extra body and sweetness, then fermented with WHC Sour Hour yeast until the pH was just right. After a second fermentation we then blended the base beer with huge amounts of sour cherry and cranberry puree.Part beer, part fruit smoothie and most importantly...DELICIOUS!Contains: BARLEY, WHEAT, OATS and MILK(Lactose)
