2021 marks the fifth year of Brus!Even though 2021 isn't exactly the best year to have big celebrations, we thought it would be appropriate to brew a crazy beer for our birthday.For this beer, we brewed an extra extra big IPA. Not big in terms of ABV but in terms of hops. We added 5 times the amount of hops we normally would for a beer like this. Absolutely jam packed with all our favorite hops. Using Idaho 7, Azacca, Mosaic, Ekuanot, Ekuanot Cryo and Ella - all our favorite hops! We also used just a touch of maltodextrine for a bit of extra body. Happy birthday Brus!
