Together, they created Fuku. Fuku (福) means good fortune or good luck in Japanese.Using Italian rice, Japanese brewing produces a clean, light, and crisp beer, ideal for both Italian and Asian dishes, and gentle on digestion. Combining John's retail expertise, Enda's brewing skills, and Sam's food and beverage insights, they crafted Fuku Brew. This Japanese-style lager blends the best of both worlds: the crispness of Japanese rice brewing and flavours that complement Italian cuisine.
