STAY PUFT is Pastry Stout that incorporates Marshmallow and Chocolate. Roasted and specialty malts were employed in order to create an elaborate array of flavors and aromas that resemble the components of a traditional American campsite treat.The chocolate and marshmallow components were later highlighted by infusing toasted marshmallows along with cocoa nibs during secondary fermentation. The result is a creamy stout with a full head that delivers an unmistakably stout flavor, transcending through distinct shades of dark chocolate and evolving into a sweet marshmallow flavor towards the end.
