In this new twist on our mimosa-inspired sour, we’ve added a dose of boysenberry puree to the already large additions of Sauvignon Blanc grape juice and Cara Cara oranges. The base beer is exceptionally clean and light to let the wine and fruit flavors really shine, and with high carbonation and a champagne-like kick, this one is straight off the back page of the brunch menu!
