Dark Sour Ale, blend of 5 barrels that used to contain Red Wine before. Aged for over 9 months.The outcome is a Flemish / Catalan Amber Sour Ale, fermented with our own wild house yeast culture Morpheus. This beer is a collab with Anna & Anna.
