In-house, this monster is known simply as CMT, and is the next evolution of our Imperial Oatmeal Stout on the path toward our upcoming Supermassive series.As before, the base boasts a rich, velvety backbone packed with roasted malts and oats, showcasing lush tones of chocolate, coffee, and caramel. A subtle touch of coconut sugar and lactose rounds out the finish in preparation for our new in-house infusions: cinnamon buds, roasted macadamia nuts, and tiger nuts (no, not that kind) have all come to the party for a special limited release!Cinnamon buds dominate the nose with a captivating aroma of soft, fruit-laden winter spice;Macadamia nuts balance our roasted malts’ astringency with their subtly sweet, buttery flavour;and Tiger nuts, or Cyperus esculentus, lend a signature chocolate-vanilla character to the finish.
