A fruity tropical farmhouse ale fermented with a wild yeast (Saccharomyces bruxellensis trois) previously but erroneously thought to be Brettanomyces. This ale features the new trial hop Hort 4337. Brewed to partner with 'Vrai' which was fermented with Brettanomyces bruxellensis trois vrai (true Brett).
