Lay This Vanilla Down 2022

This double mash stout was aged in a Weller Special Reserve bourbon barrel for just shy of a year until it gave us the notes we wanted for this particular beer. We then conditioned it on toasted coconut, Vermont maple syrup and Popayán Reserve coffee beans from Columbia (roasted by our friends at Greenglass Coffee Co.) Then conditioned on freshly scraped mexican vanilla beans.
