In Belgium, strong golden ales are traditionally named after forces of evil. So, we thought it only fitting story for this beer is the French general and emperor Napolén Bonaparte who suffers final defeat at the Battle of Waterloo which took place in Belgium on June 18, 1815, bringing an end to the Napoleonic era of European history. Our Belgian-style Tripel is innocently pale in color, deceptively light in body, and irresistibly “complex.”  But don’t be fooled by appearances, lest you suffer the wrath of Napeléon terror! Another tasty autumn ale that it’s one of Ogun Cananoglu’s old recipie.
