Out of several hundred tried-and-tested recipes, Fraser picked this as a stand-out West Coast IPA to launch Middle Child. This beer is busy with hops in both varieties and quantity! Magnum, Centennial, Columbus, Azacca, Simcoe, Galaxy, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a touch of Honey to complement the fruitiness. As with all good West Coasts, this is super fruity, citrusy and piney with a strong bitterness level.Ingredients (Allergens in bold): Water, Barley, Honey, Hops and Yeast. This beer is plant-based but not suitable for vegans as honey is used in production.
