A super balanced rice lager with lovely floral flavours from flaked rice and a big dose of dried jasmine flowers.Brewer's Notes: third time's the charm. Our 3rd iteration of this beer gets the balance spot on with enough unique flavour from the rice and flowers to make this a lovely nuanced and interesting beer, while being clean and crisp enough to drink 10 of them. And isn't that really the goal with a lager :)Ingredients: malted barley (pilsner malt), flaked rice, wheat malt, dried jasmine flowers, hops, and yeast
