This three-barrel blend spent between 6-12 months in French Oak with our house cultures before being racked onto freshly-pressed Saperavi grape pomace. It presents notes of black cherry and dark plums, with a touch of leather and tobacco. This beer is lightly tannic, with moderate acidity."
