Michael Hancock is the founding brewer of both Denison's and Side Launch and has been brewing some of the best German-inspired beers Ontario has ever tasted. For this collaboration we wanted to honour that history by brewing a style Michael is revered for: Bavarian Dunkel. Expect a velvety smooth, crisp dark beer with rich malt character and just enough roast to beckon another sip.
