Holy Forest x Villa MelnikA blend of lambics from three different producers matured with Shiroka Melnishka Loza grapes from Villa Melnik. The region of Melnik in Bulgaria’s southwest is famous for its microclimate and indigenous grape variety. Summer temperatures reach 43-44 degrees C and harvest typically happens in end-September or early October. Due to a very warm summer in 2024, harvest took place earlier and we got some very ripe and juicy grapes for this first collab… with a winery!Bottled December 2024.
