JAM: Mango + Red Grapefruit

The concept of JAM rolls on. This version of JAM is an intensely fruited sour ale full of Mango and Ruby Red Grapefruit. It pours a vibrant shade of orange which glows brightly in the sunshine. Upfront the aroma and flavour are all juicy mango, but the backend quickly adds a layer of acidic tartness and a welcome grapefruit bitterness. The finish has a lingering grapefruit zest combined with mango sweetness that is reminiscent of eating a frosty fruit. This one will be making a comeback in Summer.
