Steady Hands is a blend of Brett fermented Chardonnay aged on Dolgo crabapples, and Spontaneous cider aged in Chardonnay barrels.Aroma: Sweet coconut milk, and ripe pineapple cores. Flavour: Coconut cream, tart fresh apples, and lingering oak.
