A brew for our friend and neighbor Jill (who just turned 40!!!). We aren’t sure if she has German roots but we do know that Hefeweizen is her favorite style of beer. This traditional take on the classic is fluffy and refreshing with a hint of banana, much like Jill’s personality (hmmmm, probably not the fluffy and refreshing part but maybe a bit bananas).
