Brewed with our friends at Beer Street. We looked back at our collaboration from last year and decided to make some tweaks. A malt base of 2-Row, malted and flaked oats and some torrefied wheat. We hopped it with Centennial, Simcoe, and Motueka and fermented it with a new strain of thiolized American ale yeast. Notes of guava, passion fruit, lime, pineapple. A real crusher.
