Notes de la brasserie: Nous retrouvons donc la signature olfactive et gustative de la version régulière : Au nez, des notes de miel venant du malt et florales venant des houblons. En bouche, la bière est plutôt mince, et apporte des goûts de baguette fraîche et de miel aux fleurs sauvages. Les houblons nobles ici utilisés accentuent le côté floral, puis finissent sur des notes herbacées et légèrement citronnées. L'amertume se distingue en finale, sans être trop imposante.- - - - -Brewery notes: We therefore find the olfactory and taste signature of the regular version: On the nose, notes of honey coming from the malt and floral notes coming from the hops. On the palate, the beer is rather thin, and brings notes of fresh baguette and wildflower honey. The noble hops used here accentuate the floral side, then finish with herbaceous and slightly lemony notes. The bitterness stands out on the finish, without being too imposing.
