More dessert-like than “Double Bones” - Brewed with 1,100 lbs in total of Maris Otter, Chocolate malt, Caramel malt, and rolled Oats that filled the mash tun to the brim. Mashed at several temperatures to encourage complete extraction and boiled for six hours to reach a starting gravity of 25 plato. No sugar added at any point. Only delicious malt sugars.
