New from the pilot brewery! This IPA utilizes phantasm powder which comes from sauvignon blanc grapes. Phantasm contains an abundance of thiols, making for exceptionally tropical flavors. Along with El Dorado hops in both mid-fermentation and post-fermentation dry hopping, El Phantastic Dorado drinks super tropical and surprisingly light.
