In the middle of the night the tank seal burst! A river of beer snaking along the brewery floor with brewers helplessly looking on in horror. Their screams of anguish could be heard throughout the valley. Brewers on their hands and knees proclaiming: “But why!? What have we done to deserve this?!” Some say it was the darkest night this year. We couldn’t admit defeat, we had to bring it back and that is exactly what we did!
