Pilot Batch - Blood Orange Sour

A vibrant sour beer, with fresh local orange juice and blood orange. Using a blend of wheat and pale mates to let the fruit shine through, and a small amount of hops for low bitterness, it is fruit, tart, and very refreshing. Finishing with a very bright orange hue and sherbet like mouthfeel, a perfect beer heading into spring and warmer weather.
