Our latest beer is our Strawberry Saison and we’re so happy with how it turned out. We were unsure of which fruit to add for some time before we finally settled on strawberry and we’re so glad we did - we think it’s an absolute cracker of beer and perfect for summer.The subtleness of the strawberry complements the dryness of the saison yeast so well. Even if you don’t like fruit beers, this one is worth a try.
