Citra is a hop that we've used extensively over the years, but this is our very first play with NZ hop Rakau. Grown by Garston Hops in the deep South, it delivers a heap of stonefruit character which works beautifully with Citra. There is also a deep, complex piney character which helps to create a really interesting IPA.
