Not your Belgian classic Tripel, but a reinterpretation in our own manner. A pure and crisp, deep gold colored beer, tender, yet strong. A composite of aromas with mirabelle plums, cereals and spicy phenols gather alongside a creamy, dense head. Velvety textures on palate with subtle Ceylon Silver Tips tea tones, fruity esters and bitter, hoppy finale with alcohol warmth.Pair it with risotto, simple pizzas or adventurous washed-rind cheese.
