Fancy a punchy cold ipa? When fermenting with lager yeast we try to get the most taste and aroma from each ingredient, with virtualy no esters and phenols to mask or modify what each ingredient is bringing to the beer.Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Galaxy on the cold side, will bring you a classical fruity punch with pleasant but firm grapefruit zest-like bitterness bite.
