L.B. White Stout

Pale stout brewed using no dark malts at all. UK Maris Otter, oats, wheat, Munich and Vienna malts lay a solid (yet pale) foundation. Brazilian coffee beans and Dominican Republic cacao nibs were added to the beer after fermentation to lend ‘stout-like’ characters, without too much of the dark colour.
